I've been doing this work for over 35 years. My career began when mainframes ruled the enterprise, and I've architected through every major paradigm shift since: distributed systems, the rise of the internet, the virtualization wave, the move to cloud, and now the dawn of generative AI.
Along the way, I've led engineering organizations for some of the world's most recognizable companies — Siemens, Carrier, Kubota, Atlas Air, The Home Depot, Fairbanks Morse Defense — and I've been the person permanent leaders call when a transformation has to be done right the first time.
I founded Mentoritek because I saw a recurring gap in the market. Big consulting firms sell slides — then hand your project off to a team of associates you've never met. Freelance marketplaces sell hours, not outcomes. Permanent hires take six to nine months to find, and by then the window has closed.
