The Problem
Recall needed to evolve its document-management services with a cloud-based SaaS platform that could connect to enterprise customer systems.
The architecture had to support document workflows, service integrations, and a path for delivery teams to evolve the platform without relying on a tightly coupled design.
Why It Mattered
The engagement needed cloud and application architecture that connected business requirements to a viable service design. Ken led the architecture work and helped establish delivery practices; the case distinguishes this from claims of personally implementing every component.
